The Strengths Sieve for your consulting and your organization
In the future, we would like to give coaches, consultants and anyone who works with young people on a full-time or voluntary basis the opportunity to integrate the Strengths Sieve directly into their own website - in their own branding and as their own tool.
This way, the Strengths Sieve can become part of your educational work - in schools, youth groups, voluntary service or coaching.
It will also be possible to register as a coach and accompany young people digitally in discovering their strengths - together, respectfully and at eye level.

Invest in the strengths of the next generation
The digital Strengths Sieve makes personal development accessible to young people in a low-threshold, data-secure and location-independent way. It combines digital innovation with human support - creating a new culture of encouragement.
Since 2017, we have accompanied over 1,200 young people with the Strengths Sieve. Our experience from 30 years of youth work, the support of over 800 volunteers and a broad network of schools, communities and partner organizations qualifies us to implement this project sustainably. We combine pedagogical expertise, in-house digital development and established networks - a combination that rarely comes together.
Our vision is big, but concrete:
120,000 young people should discover their strengths by 2027 - supported by 1,000 volunteer coaches in 30 organizations. The digital Strengths Sieve is not just a tool, but the core of a scalable network for self-confidence, orientation and social participation.
With your sponsorship you enable:
- further technical development (accessibility, data protection, multilingualism),
- the development of a digital training platform for volunteer coaches,
- the scaling of a nationwide multiplier network,
- access for young people - regardless of origin or income.
You invest not just in software, but in people.
